We currently ship only within the UAE. Shipping is free on orders above AED 200. For orders below AED 200, a standard shipping charge of AED 15 applies. Any applicable charges are shown at checkout based on delivery location, package size, and weight.

All cleaning products are carefully packed to prevent leakage or damage and are shipped through reliable third-party courier partners. Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched. In case of delivery delays or failed delivery due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos. Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on safety or courier guidelines. If an item cannot be shipped, the order will be cancelled and refunded accordingly.
