Thank you for shopping with us. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed on the next business day. During peak periods, processing time may be slightly extended.

We currently ship only within India. Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, package size, and weight. Free shipping may be available on selected orders as displayed on the website.

Estimated delivery time is usually 2–4 business days for metro cities, 4–7 business days for other locations, and up to 10 business days for remote areas. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

All cleaning products are carefully packed to prevent leakage or damage and are shipped through reliable third-party courier partners. Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched. In case of delivery delays or failed delivery due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos. Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on safety or courier guidelines. If an item cannot be shipped, the order will be cancelled and refunded accordingly.
